Odds formats, settlement and dead heats

Odds are displayed as decimal by default and can be switched to fractional or American from the account settings. A 2.00 decimal price equals 1/1 fractional or +100 American. Markets settle based on the official competition result. If a fixture is abandoned, single bets are voided and accumulators recalculate without the missing leg. Dead heat rules apply on horse racing and golf positional markets, dividing the winnings between the tied runners in proportion to the stake.

Void bets do not count toward wagering on an active welcome bonus from the promotions page. Free bets are non-refundable, so a void leg in an accumulator placed with a free bet does not return the original token. Limits, max payouts and stake controls

The maximum stake per single bet on football, basketball, tennis and ice hockey is £20000 on the main markets and £5000 on the niche markets. Maximum payout per bet slip is £500000 across all sports combined. Stake limits per customer apply for a small number of accounts where prior history has flagged exposure beyond the standard rails. Where a limit is applied the bet slip displays the maximum allowed stake before you confirm, so you never need to guess.

Personal stake controls can be set from the account settings: daily, weekly or monthly maximum stake, maximum number of accumulator legs and maximum live bet stake. Streaming and timing

Live streaming is available for selected fixtures across football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey, free to any player with a settled bet in the previous seven days. Streams open inside the bet slip view so you can keep the markets visible while you watch. Delay sits between two and eight seconds depending on the rights holder, which is faster than most pay-TV broadcasts and matches the in-play odds tightly.

Bet builder, request a bet and customer-led markets

The bet builder combines multiple selections from the same fixture into one bet. The most common combinations are player to score plus over a number of corners plus a result, but the tool supports up to twelve selections from a single match across any compatible markets. Combinations that move into pre-match or in-play boost categories show the boost on the bet slip in green before you confirm. Request a bet is the manual equivalent: submit a market that does not exist on the board and the trading team will price it inside fifteen minutes during operating hours.

Customer-led markets are most useful in the lower leagues where standard markets are thin. A request for first goalscorer odds on a fourth-tier fixture, for example, will return a price even if it was not pre-listed. The trading desk operates between 09:00 and 23:00 UK time, with shorter cover at weekends. After hours, the in-play markets cover the most popular events directly.
